Motul oil for vintage cars built between the 1950s and 1980s is a multi-grade oil with a medium level of detergency fully compatible with elastomer gaskets and compliant with API SF/CC standards.
Suitable for all types of fuel: leaded or unleaded gasoline, LPG, methane, diesel, and biofuels.
Compatible with catalytic converters.
For all driving conditions: urban, rural, and highway.
Developed with mineral bases, the oil meets the specific requirements of vintage manufacturers while benefiting from Motul's advanced lubricant technology.
Ideal viscosity index for operation with reduced tolerances within the engine due to significant technological progress in metallurgy, foundry, and mechanical processing during the period.
The high viscosity at high temperatures, SAE 50, is ideal for engines with high mileage that tend to consume more lubricant.
Leaves a protective oil film on the moving parts of the engine during periods of prolonged vehicle non-use. Antioxidant, anticorrosive, and anti-foam properties.
Compatible with mixtures of mineral and synthetic oils.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Replacement interval: at least once a year and to be adapted based on individual usage.
MOTUL SAE 20W-50 can be mixed with synthetic or mineral lubricants.
