RETURNS:
Return or exchange of ordered items
In compliance with the art. 52, paragraph 1, letter. (f) and (g) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 of the consumer code, it will be possible to withdraw from the sales contract. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Intact and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery of the goods by request via email to info@demarcoparts.com.
In the return request email the customer must indicate:
- the order number and the codes of the items you intend to return;
- any request for exchange with another similar spare part, or the request for a simple refund of the price paid for the ordered goods that you intend to return.
Once the return request has been received, Demarcoparts.com will send the buyer a written confirmation.
After the confirmation by Demarcoparts.com of the return, the buyer must send the goods within the following 14 days , at his own expense, by postal services or with a courier of his choice.
If, for any reason, the seller collects the goods directly, delivery costs will be charged to the buyer.
The returned goods must arrive at the operational headquarters of De Marco Parts Srls Unipersonale – Via Reno 2 - Interno B/C/D, 53036, Poggibonsi (SI) within 14 days of the written authorization sent to the buyer by Demarcoparts.com.
In all the aforementioned cases, shipping and return costs will be charged to the buyer.
The replacement or refund of a product will be made after the goods has been returned.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
- In the absence of the original packaging.
- Used product (with traces of assembly or tampering).
- Damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
- Absence of integral elements of the product. (accessories, bolts, cables, instruction manuals, etc.).
- Sealed products opened by the consumer.
Return or exchange of incorrect, damaged, defective or broken items
Intact and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery of the goods by request via email to info@demarcoparts.com.
In the return request email the customer must indicate:
- the order number and the codes of the items you intend to return;
- any request for exchange with another similar spare part, or the request for a simple refund of the price paid for the ordered goods which you intend to return;
- Photographic or video evidence proving the defect or non-conformity of the items received.
In case of acceptance with written confirmation by Demarcoparts.com upon return
- Demarcoparts.com will organize the collection of the items with its courier which usually takes place the day after the return is approved;
- Demarcoparts.com will communicate the collection date to the customer via email or telephone.
Instructions for returning the package
- Please include your order number or sales invoice in the package.
- Package the item carefully to avoid damage during transit using the original packaging.
- The courier will bring the transport label which will be placed on the package.
- The courier will deliver the sender's copy of the transport label to be kept as a receipt in case the return is lost.
Shipping and return costs will remain the sole responsibility of Demarcoparts.com.

REFUNDS:
Demarcoparts.com will refund the cost of the goods shipped within the legal deadlines, only after receiving the goods and after verifying that all the requirements for returning goods have been met.
Demarcoparts.com will issue a credit note to the customer.
In agreement with the customer, the refund may be issued in the form of an order form or COUPON valid for a subsequent purchase.
The refund, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer.
PAYPAL
- The refund will be visible within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
CREDIT CARDS
- The actual refund on the credit card depends on the institution that issued the card.
PAYMENTS BY CASH ON DELIVERY OR BY BANK TRANSFER
- Refunds for orders paid in cash on delivery or by bank transfer will be made to the current account indicated by the Customer.
